Steve Froggatt had a football career spanning ten years for Aston Villa, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Coventry City and England. Since then Steve has run a personal training company www.stevefroggattpersonaltraining.com and as a celebrity personal trainer has trained over 100 various clients including many celebrities including Harry Judd (drummer for McFly).

That is the best part of the job one day I can be training an overweight businessman looking to lose a few lbs in weight to the next day training an athlete for a competition or training a celebrity for a marathon. Even though during my time in football I worked alongside some of the best fitness coaches, nutritionists and sports psychologists in the world you never know it all. In my opinion knowledge is power and the more qualifications and experience you can gain in the fitness industry the better. I have been a personal trainer for a few years now and I am always looking for new ways to train my clients and become an encyclopaedia of fitness knowledge.
